Overview

Samuel Gary Jr. & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1983 by Sam Gary Jr. as a privately-held independent oil and gas exploration and production company with its home office in Denver, CO, and a current field office in Great Bend, KS.  Our core business focuses on the exploration, exploitation, development and marketing of crude oil and natural gas in our primary areas of focus. The Company retains operatorship of the vast majority of its production with ongoing projects in Kansas, Louisiana, North Dakota and Colorado. We are continually exploring for new and emerging opportunities in the oil and gas industry, and we maintain a multi-year inventory of lower-risk drilling locations and exploitation projects.

Our additional goals include:

· Leveraging the technical and managerial expertise of our associates to develop and exploit our existing assets and maximize reserve recovery

· Focusing on controlling the costs of our operations

· Making accretive acquisitions of properties
